A title search is necessary for Escrow or if you'll be procuring a loan for an airplane, but even a cheap cash buy type airplane should get a title search. This makes sure there are no liens or encumbrances to the title of an aircraft. you'd be surprised how many there are!
Escrow
Weather you'll be using a financial intuition to loan on an aircraft of paying cash. Escrow services are there to protect the buyer and seller. We don't offer this specifically but can manage or advise the escrow for a buyer or seller.
Pre-Purchase Evaluation
You have probably heard or been told to get a "Pre-Buy" inspection completed. This is usually an evaluation of the aircraft for condition and compliance. We specialize in these, but it is only one part of the whole buyer agent service.
