Terms
I hereby authorize Jake’s Air Repair to repair, install or provide the equipment or services described herein. I understand that all amounts billed are payable upon presentation of the completed invoice. If not paid when due, I agree to pay the interest on the unpaid balance at the maximum rate permitted by law and all collection expenses incurred including reasonable attorney fees. I understand parts and equipment that are warranted to the extent specified by the manufacturer and that workmanship in repairs and installation are warranted in accordance with work performed by Jake's Air Repair and its mechanics. I agree my aircraft is not in the custody of Jake's Air Repair, a bailee of said aircraft. Jakes Air Repair shall not incur any liability or responsibility whatsoever in this regard and I shall indemnify and hold Jakes AIr Repair / J Carter from any and all claims of damage or loss from any event occurring in connection with or to said aircraft or equipment.

We accept credit cards over the phone or in person at the shop. We also accept Venmo & Paypal.
Electronic payments are subject to a 3.7% additional fee.
Payment is due in full upon receipt.
Payments not received in 7 days are considered delinquent. Liens are filed after non payment at 30 days.
No Show Charge
Customers are charged a flat fee of $250 for canceled or no shows for service appointments. Cancellations for appointments must be made 24 hrs in advance or have reasonable justification for cancellation.
Parking
Customers are charged a daily rate or aircraft parking. The rate is dictated by Tuolumne County Airport and payable to Tuolumne County Airport.
Log Book Storage
Unfortunately due to a number of circumstances, we charge $100/month fee for storage of log books after work is completed. Please pick up your log books!
