This beautiful and straight Tiger is as low time as any can get! The original paint is polishing up beautifully and has no major chips or scratches. The canopy glass is fantastic and has a near new windscreen. The interior is free of rips, tears or pet smells or stains. The seats are comfortable and show very little signs of deterioration. The older avionics all work with the exception of a difficult to tune frequency knob on the Narco 121. The canopy seals is tight and did not leak when the airplane was hosed down and washed. The inside of the wings and fuselage show wonderfully and are in beautiful shape. There is NO airframe corrosion and very minor component corrosion was discovered and remedied. The original engine had its cylinders removed for an anticipated overhaul, however the cylinders passed all inspections and were cleaned up, re-ringed and re-installed with new seals. The engine has proven to be relatively dry and free of major oil leaks. This Tiger was purchased and maintained by us to be a turn key and problem free flight trainer, however we have acquired another aircraft that suits us more and so this Tiger has to find another home! Much work was put into this airplane and you will be very happy with how it looks and performs!

HISTORY:
Airplane has been owned by one owner since 1981. The aircraft saw little flight time in the last few years. It has lived in a hangar in Central CA since 1981. Since the airplane had a period of inactivity, we decided to remove the cylinder to inspect the camshaft. We observed no corrosion, or pitting to either the cam lobes or the tappets. The engine and prop are original to this aircraft and have never been overhauled.
SPARES:
-Print Maintenance Manual
-Nose gear strut faring (new)
- Main Gear Leg faring boots (new)
-Induction Tube (New)
-Previously removed elevator tail tip
-Previously removed nav light lenses.

DISCREPANCIES:
- Clock is inoperative. We are attempting to source a replacement clock.
- Baggage door seal leaks. We will be installing a new baggage door seal.
-CHT probe needs replacement. Replacement ordered.
- Engine isolators are airworthy, but would consider replacement at the next inspection.
-Engine fluid hoses are "lifetime" hoses but are 15 years old. All hoses are in good shape and still mailable and leak free.

CURRENT STATUS:
Inspection has been completed and one hour test flight completed. (1/8/2021) The aircraft will be test flown and minor discrepancies will be worked out. We hope to put at least 25 hours towards cylinder break in and perform an oil change at that point. We will also perform a propeller dynamic balance but only after the break in has been properly completed. Aircraft will have a new weight report created prior to sale. Various squawks and discrepancies will be worked out or completed.
